If you filed a USACE Wetlands Maintenance Application, a Request for Maintenance Amendment, or an Authorization Request for Urgent or Unforeseen Maintenance for the 2020 work season then you must return a copy of that application with the Actual Lineal Feet and Actual Cubic Yards columns filled in. Once again, please photocopy your original work request and fill in the three “Actual” columns (far right side of the spreadsheet) for all types of work requested. Failure to provide Actual Work information may jeopardize our ability to conduct maintenance activities in the Marsh.
