He served as a SRCD Director for 21 years starting in December 2002 until he passed away\, and he was the chair of the board’s Finance Committee. \nTerry was predeceased by his parents Tom and Zella\, sister Marilyn Connolly Kelly\, and his faithful canine partners\, Tuxedo and Bear.
