Authorized work may not be conducted in the areas designated as Ridgeway’s Rail habitat. DESCRIPTION:The Suisun Resource Conservation District (SRCD) is pleased to announce the release of the 2025 Suisun Marsh Preservation Agreement (SMPA) Preservation Agreement Implementation (PAI) Fund Cost Share Grant Programs. \n2025 PAI Program Updates (please read carefully!): \n1. To apply\, the unified fillable form must be submitted through your Water Manager (see attached\, the SRCD website\, or email your Water Manager). \n2. Applications will be accepted only twice this year: March 28\, 2025 and May 30\, 2025 are the deadlines for submittal. Project technical reviews will be completed in mid April or mid June 2025. \n3. Landowners must schedule a post-project inspection with their Water Manager prior to initiation of fall flood-up to certify project completion. \n4. Landowners must submit a single itemized project cost summary along with all supporting project invoices or receipts marked paid by November 30\, 2025. \n5. Completed reimbursement packages will be forwarded to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) monthly. \n6. Cost-share reimbursements will be sent to landowners as a check from Solano County only after SRCD has received funds from DWR.
