DESCRIPTION:Permit Restrictions\nThe Suisun Resource Conservation District’s Regional General Permit (RGP #3) has work activity restrictions that may affect property maintenance. \nRail Restrictions\nExterior levee maintenance restrictions in areas identified as California Ridgway’s Rail habitat between February 1st and August 31st. \nPermit Special Condition: 10. Authorized work may not be conducted in the areas designated as Ridgeway’s Rail habitat. DESCRIPTION:ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCEDURES AND OPEN DATES FOR ANNUAL PRE-QUALIFICATION \n  \nNotice is given that the Suisun Resource Conservation District (SRCD) has determined that all bidders on public works to be undertaken by SRCD must be pre-qualified prior to submitting bids. It is mandatory for all Licensed Contractors who intend to submit bids fully complete the pre-qualification questionnaire\, provide all requested materials\, and be approved by SRCD to be on the final Bidders list.  No bid will be accepted from a Contractor that has failed to comply with these requirements. \n\nPre-qualification Questionnaires can be obtained by contacting SRCD at 2544 Grizzly Island Rd.\, Suisun\, CA 94585 or downloaded here: PreQual Application\nPaper or digital filled questionnaires will be accepted until 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Saturday\, 15 February 2025\, at Suisun Resource Conservation District\, 2544 Grizzly Island Rd.\, Suisun\, CA 94585\nSRCD reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and omissions in the information contained in the pre-qualification application submitted\, to make all final determinations\, and to determine at any time that the pre-qualification procedures will not be applied to a future public works project.\n\nFor additional information or questions\, please contact John Takekawa at jtakekawa@suisunrcd.org or 707-425-9302 x2.
